Holly and Michael also enjoy helping many clients build their own home. They are well versed in construction, builder placement, lot selection, surveys, town ordinances, soil testing, and much more. They have sold many deep water properties which gives them great experience in permitting, OCRM, and DHEC regulations.

Holly and Michael are boating enthusiast and live on deep water in Mt Pleasant. They have been happily married for 20 years and have 3 lovely daughters - Addison, Ansley, and Alivia. Holly and Michael are also involved in several local charities.
